Pilot project adding genetic data analysis functions to GEDKeeper.

Features:

• Supported file formats: 23AndMe, AncestryDNA, deCODEme, VCF (partial and primitive);
• Loading SNP data;
• Sex determination from raw data;
• Determining the list of haplogroups from raw data (outdated SNP reference data);
• Comparison of two or more files to determine relationships (ancestor/descendant) and correlation of relationships;
• Plugin for GEDKeeper;

• Downloading up-to-date SNP reference databases;
