This is a simple tool to establish rdp connection from linux to Windows using the package “freerdp”:

Debian/Mint/Ubuntu: sudo apt install freerdp-x11 http://www.freerdp.com

After the package is installed, just launch the script end choose required connection options by answering the questions.

The script supports the simple connection via username in two modes: with audio and without.

More options supported by freerdp can be found using “freerdp –help”. However, those additional options are not supported by this script by default.

In order to de/activate full screen mode use: Ctrl+Alt+Enter. SCript logs can be found under: ./script.log.

To execute the script use one of the commands:

• 3 languages: bash freerdp_launcher_multi.sh or ./freerdp_launcher_multi.sh
• Russian version: bash freerdp_launcher_ru.sh or ./freerdp_launcher_ru.sh
• German version: bash freerdp_launcher_de.sh or ./freerdp_launcher_de.sh
• English version: bash freerdp_launcher.sh or ./freerdp_launcher.sh

All 4 scripts are independent from each other. Therefore, for correct work only one of the scripts is required.
