I was really pleased with the whole service when I recently went to the British Airways office in Cologne to change my travel schedule. Friendly employees welcomed me with open arms as soon as I walked into the office and put me at ease. Because of the friendly and orderly atmosphere, I didn't have to wait long to speak with a representative. I had multiple inquiries about baggage allowances, ticket changes, and travel itineraries, and each issue was handled professionally and with expertise.
