Breaking changes:

The using of hard-coded codeParameters.csis totally replaced with the using of Windows Credential Manager (an codeSMTP host port [tls] entry is required to exist there with the username and password to access that host). Versioning is changed to inform about the required .NET version, year of revision, month-day, patch of day. So it is codev4.2024.403.0` now.
